If you wish WorkgroupMail to connect as soon as the service starts then tick the Connect on startup tick box.

If you want WorkgroupMail to connect when a certain number of messages are in the output queue then select the Connect when n messages to send tick box and specify the appropriate number of messages in the adjacent field.

If you want WorkgroupMail to connect periodically then tick the Connect every n minutes radio button and enter the appropriate number of minutes between successive connections. Finally, press Next.
